CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
We are pleased
to announce the Global Summit on Renewable Energy – GSREN-2024 – is scheduled
to take place from
September 16 to 18, 2024 in the enchanting city of Venice, Italy. This
conference aims to bring together leading researchers, scientists, and
professionals in the field of renewable energy to exchange knowledge, share
innovative ideas, and explore the latest advancements in sustainable energy
technologies.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
We invite researchers and practitioners to submit abstracts
for oral or poster presentations in the following
areas, but not limited to:

*Notification of Acceptance: 15
August 2024
* Please note that the information regarding the acceptance of the
submitted abstracts will be provided to respective authors within
7 working days after the submission of their abstract(s). Final notification and corrections, if any, will be
accepted until 15 August 2024.
Types of Presentations:
· Oral Presentations (25-30 minutes
including a 5-minute
Q&A post presentation)
·
Poster Presentations
·
Experiential activity
(e.g., workshop, group discussion; 60 minutes)
Poster presentations: The ideal poster size for conference presentations can vary,
but a common and widely accepted
size is typically A1: 594 mm x 841 mm (23.4 in x 33.1 in).
Kindly ensure that your abstracts
and poster presentations align seamlessly with your PowerPoint presentations. This
harmony will enhance the overall coherence and effectiveness of your
contribution to the conference.
Template for Extended Abstract
Title
Use a concise and descriptive title.
Authors and Affiliations
List all authors and their affiliations.
Include the email address of the corresponding author.
Abstract
Provide the title and a brief summary of your work (usually
150-250 words).
Keywords
List 3-5 keywords relevant to your research.
1. Introduction
Briefly introduce the topic and the context of your
research.
State the research problem or objective.
2. Methods
Describe the methodology used in your research.
Include any specific techniques, tools, or approaches.
3. Results
Summarize the main findings of your research.
Use figures, tables, or graphs if necessary (ensure they are
clear and labelled).
4. Discussion
Interpret the results and discuss their implications.
Compare your findings with previous research.
5. Conclusion
Summarize the key points of your research.
Mention any future work or ongoing research.
Acknowledgments (if applicable)
Acknowledge any funding sources or contributors.
References
List the references cited in your extended abstract.
Formatting Guidelines
Length: The extended abstract should not exceed four pages.
Font: Use a standard font like Times New Roman or Arial,
10-12 point size.
Margins: Use 1-inch margins on all sides.
Spacing: Single or 1.5 line spacing.
Headings: Use bold for section headings and ensure they are
clearly distinguished from the main text.
Figures and Tables: Include captions for all figures and
tables. Ensure they are referenced in the text.
File Format: Submit the extended abstract as a Word
Doc/PDF.
Review Process:
All submitted abstracts
will undergo a single-blind peer review process,
ensuring the highest
quality of contributions. Accepted abstracts will be
included in the conference proceedings.
