All submitted abstracts will undergo a single-blind peer review process, ensuring the highest quality of contributions.

Publication Tracks (Hybrid Model)

To support researchers at different stages, GSREN-2027 offers two publication pathways. All submissions will undergo single-blind peer review.

Track A: Full Proceedings (Scopus-indexed)

• Format: Short Papers / Extended Abstracts (4–6 pages)

• Requirements: High novelty, >80% originality, robust methodology and analysis

• Publication: Accepted papers will be forwarded for publication in
  AIP Conference Proceedings or IOP Conference Series (subject to final approval)

• Indexing: Scopus, Web of Science

Track B: Book of Abstracts (Presentation Only) 

• Format: Abstract (250–300 words)

• Requirements: Clear research objective, methodology and preliminary outcomes

• Publication: Included in the GSREN-2027 Book of Abstracts with a DOI ensuring permanent open access visibility.

• Indexing: Not Scopus-indexed; suitable for early-stage research or authors focusing on presentation certification
