Registration Guidelines
All the registered attendees need to collect their conference material at the registration desk which will be available from 08:00 AM at the conference venue.
During the conference, the registration desk will be opened from 8 AM onwards.
At the registration desk you will receive your conference badge, the conference folder, abstract book, conference program.
At the desk onsite coordinators for the conference will be able to answer your questions at all times.
At the registration desk you will receive vouchers for lunch, please hand your vouchers to the restaurant staff when ordering your lunch.
Speaker Guidelines
Please be informed that there may be slight changes in the program for any reason. So please be available in the meeting room from conference start time on day of your presentation.
Each speaker will have 20-25 minutes for presentation. Please plan your talk for 17-19 minutes to allow for introduction and questions. In order to stay in track of time, please ensure that you start and end your presentation on the times indicated in the schedule.
The working language of the conference is English.
Presentation should be submitted in PDF or PPT Format. Be sure your visuals are clear and very legible.
Submit your presentation slides at least 30 days before the conference and also bring a copy with you on flash drive or storage device to the event.
Please check and make sure that your presentations are working properly before the session starts.
The meeting room is equipped with digital projector, screen, laptop, slider with pointer, cordless mike, desktop mike, basic sound system.
Taking the timelines and technical set up into consideration, using personal laptops are not recommended unless under unavoidable conditions.
Poster Guidelines
Here are the key considerations for poster presentations:
Dimensions
1. Standard Sizes:

Layout and Design
1. Title and Author Information:

Place the title at the top in a large, readable
font (72-120 points).

Include the names of the authors and their
affiliations below the title.
2. Sections:
·
Common sections include Introduction,
Objectives, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.

Use headings to clearly delineate each section.
3. Font Size and Style:
·
Title: 72-120 points.
·
Headings: 36-72 points.
·
Body text: 24-36 points.
·
Use a sans-serif font like Arial or Helvetica
for better readability from a distance.
4. Visuals:
·
Include high-quality images, graphs, and charts
to visually represent your data.
·
Ensure visuals are labelled clearly and are easy
to interpret.
5. Color Scheme:
·
Use a consistent and professional color scheme.
·
Ensure good contrast between the text and
background for readability.
Content
1. Clarity and Conciseness:

Keep text concise and to the point.
·
Use bullet points and short paragraphs.
2. Engaging and Informative:

Ensure that the poster is engaging and informative.

Highlight the key points and findings of your
research.
3. Logical Flow:
·
Arrange the content in a logical flow that
guides the viewer through the research.
Technical Considerations
1. Resolution:
·
Ensure all images and graphics are high
resolution (at least 300 dpi) to avoid pixelation when printed.
2. File Format:
·
Prepare the poster in a commonly accepted format
like PDF for printing.
3. Print Quality:
·
Use a professional printer to ensure high print
quality.
Practical Considerations
1. Transport and Display:
·
Plan how you will transport the poster to the
conference venue.
·
Consider using a poster tube for protection.
By adhering to these guidelines, you can create
a visually appealing and effective academic poster that clearly communicates
your research findings to conference attendees.
All posters should be prepared in advance and brought to the conference by the presenters.
On-site printing is NOT facilitated; it should be done in advance by the presenter.
Presenters are asked to be available at their posters during the full poster session to discuss their posters with interested viewers.
You need to collect your poster by end of the day; we dispose the posters left behind.
Certification
All the attendees will be provided with delegate certificate signed by the organizing committee members. Name and affiliation on the certificates will be printed on certificates as per our records, for any changes or requests regarding the certification— please contact us before one month of the conference.
Certificates will be provided during the session or after completion of the session, so please make sure to be present in the hall until the session ends.
E-certificate will be sent through email in 5-7 working days after the completion of the conference.
Co-authors not registered for the conference, will not receive the certificate(s).
