How do I submit? Please use the template on our Submission Page or email your abstract directly to the conference secretary.

Multiple proposals? You are welcome to submit more than one proposal, though typically only two presentations are allowed per registered speaker.

Acceptance Timeline: Acceptance notifications are generally sent within 10 business days of submission.

Oral Presentations: Each speaker is allotted 20-25 minutes, including time for Q&A.

Poster Dimensions: Posters should be 1m wide x 1m high. Please bring your printed poster to the venue; on-site printing is not available.

Language & Tech: The conference language is English. Standard presentation laptops and audio-visual equipment are provided at the venue.

What is included? Registration includes full access to sessions, the official conference kit, certificate of participation, and premium catering (lunch and coffee breaks).

Payment Methods: We accept all major Credit Cards and PayPal. For Wire Transfers, please contact us for an official invoice.

Group Discounts: Special rates apply for groups of 5 or more. Please reach out to our secretariat for a dedicated discount code.

Transfer Policy: If your plans change, your registration is 100% transferable to a colleague or a future edition of the summit at no extra cost.

Refunds: Cancellations 90 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund (minus $100 fee). Within 90 days, registrations are non-refundable but remain fully transferable.
